Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all clients review our updated Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
✔️ If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
❗ If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, 50% of your deposit will be charged as a service fee.
⛔ If you do not show up on the day of your appointment without any notice, your full deposit (100%) will be forfeited.
This policy helps us manage our schedule and respect the time of our team and other clients on the waitlist.
